Figure out the proper time for them to do their research. This could be appropriate soon after faculty or subsequent supper time. Attempt this for a handful of months and if it is not doing the job good consider yet another time for a couple months.

You need to convince them tactfully and respectfully that time is important and promoting through the normal genuine estate market place channels will not reduce it. it simply takes far too lengthy.
